Phone Coaching

Phone coaching is part of comprehensive DBT, and is therefore included as part of individual counselling. We do not offer phone coaching to clients with outside therapists who are attending the group only.

Insurance & Billing

Direct Billing

We are able to submit benefits claims to many insurance providers via direct billing with TELUS Health eClaims. Submitting Your Own Claims

Where direct billing is unavailable, you can submit your receipts to claim reimbursement. Most insurance providers cover social work services and psychotherapy. We encourage you to check with your provider(s) if you are unsure.
