Individual Sessions

Adolescent Multi-Family Group Sessions

Phone Coaching

$0.00 CAD

Phone coaching is part of comprehensive DBT, and is therefore included as part of individual counselling. We do not offer phone coaching to clients with outside therapists who are attending the group only.

Adult Group Sessions

Insurance & Billing

Direct Billing

We offer direct billing for many insurance providers through Telus Health eClaims. Clients and their families can check online to see if their insurance provider is part of the Telus network. Their website can be reached by clicking here.

Submitting Your Own Claims

We are not able to submit benefits claims to insurance providers who are not partnered with Telus. However, many insurance providers not partnered with Telus (e.g., Sun Life) do cover social work services. We encourage individuals to check with their provider(s).
